Drift
Drift offers a perspective on helplessness, unfulfilled wishes and neglect. The binding narrative between artists Viko Zhijune and Ryuna Lee provides insights into their lives and the things they care about and long for. In this exhibition, school bells can be heard in Lee’s creations, in contrast with the rustling leaves in Viko’s. Lee’s works exemplify teenagers’ curiosity and years of yearning for romance while Viko’s visual poetry attempts to deliver the ephemerality of human relations while nature and emptiness stand still in time.
