Celebrity Chef Wan has been a food ambassador of sorts for Malaysian cuisine. This time, the loquacious chef will be presenting a showcase of ‘Best of Asia Cuisine’ from May 23 to 31 at Mosaic, Lounge on the Park and Diamond Ballroom. He'll be putting forth some of his signature dishes including nasi ulam, rojak betik Terengganu, ayam berkuah satay, kuzi daging kambing, Kashmir korma daging and laksa johor. If you prefer to dine under the stars, opt for the barbecue meal in Aqua where you’ll also be treated to a Gamelan performance.

Majestic Festive Banquet Dinner at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur
Chef Zaidi and his team has especially curated an extensive Ramadan spread this year, with more than a hundred Malay dishes to choose from. In keeping with its classics theme, the hotel will feature specialties from all around Malaysia such as sambal udang galah, rendang kambing and ketam lemak cili padi.

Juadah Iftar Kampung Buffet at The Westin Kuala Lumpur
Expect assam pedas claypot (fish with spicy turmeric coconut), ayam bakar sambal kelapa (roasted chicken with coconut chilli paste), gulai keting kambing keluak (lamb curry with kepayang fruit), the restaurant's signature Westin Biryani with roasted whole lamb, and 50 other appealing dishes at The Living Room’s Ramadan buffet.
