Sporty and muscular, the new A-Class’ exterior conveys power and dynamism with redesigned radiator grilles and rear diffusers on the A 200 and A 250 4Matic. Inside, new Artico upholstery, which is made of man-made leather, offers passengers high-quality comfort. Both the hardware and software have taken a major leap forward with the installation of the latest generation of MBUX (NTG7).
The A 200 petrol engine has a four-cylinder unit with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission while the A 250 4Matic petrol engine has been electrified with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. As a mild hybrid, the latter is equipped with an additional 48-volt electrical system that supports agility when starting off with 10 kW more power.
The refreshed look is reflected on the AMG models as well, with the Mercedes-AMG A 35 4Matic available as a saloon, and the Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4Matic+ as a hatchback. The latter is being offered exclusively and for a limited time in the AMG Street Style Edition.
The Mercedes-AMG SL 43 also returns sportier than ever. The iconic roadster boasts a new design language and is the first production vehicle ever from Mercedes-AMG to feature a multi-link front axle with five links arranged entirely within the rim. Under the bonnet of the open-top 2+2 seater is a four-cylinder petrol engine with two litres displacement.
