Chanel’s new watch capsule collection draws inspiration from the tools of the master seamstresses at their iconic Rue Cambon atelier in Paris. Blending haute couture with exceptional watchmaking, the timepieces are a fitting tribute to the French luxury house and its expansion beyond fashion, fragrance and jewellery.
The dial of this BOY·FRIEND Couture Watch prominently features the iconic Chanel tweed jacket pattern, set with eight diamond buttons and accentuated by a silver braid. The elegant bezel, garlanded with an 18-carat gold chain, echoes the one often sewn into the hem of jackets handcrafted in the luxury house’s ateliers.

The new J12 Couture 33MM Watch pays homage to the essential tools of a seamstress. Crafted from highly resistant white ceramic with striking black accents, it is adorned with motifs inspired by the ateliers of Rue Cambon in Paris. The watch features intricate designs of toile à patron, sewing needles, scissors and tape measures.

The Première Ruban Couture Watch offers a playful take on the measuring tape motif, which is printed on the double-wrapped black-and-gold leather strap. The case, made from titanium and 18-carat yellow gold, is festooned with a charming figurine of Mademoiselle. This exquisite charm, rendered in yellow gold and black lacquer, is set with a dazzling diamond.

The black version of the J12 Couture 38MM Watch, constructed from highly resistant black ceramic and featuring the sophisticated self- winding Calibre 12.1 movement, boasts a dial designed in the shape of a couture pattern in gold and is encircled by a delicate tape measure motif. Adding to its unique charm, the time is indicated by hands in the form of a sewing needle and a pair of scissors.
