Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Hap Seng Star have opened the recently relocated Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Setia Alam, offering a new luxury brand presence and an exclusive luxury lifestyle boutique.
This suburban Hap Seng Star outlet features new enhancements and upgrades that embody a luxurious retail concept, showcasing a commitment to lead in luxury retail experience while strengthening its customer-centric efforts in the nation.
Managed by 29 personnel and spanning close to 79,000 sq ft with a total of seven floors, the centre has more than 16 cars on display and includes new amenities such as a self-service café, children’s playroom and luxurious powder room.
The lifestyle retail experience includes a Mercedes-Benz luxury accessories and collection boutique, offering customers a wide variety of collectibles and products.

Hap Seng Star has also increased its customer services capacity in this centre with a work area spanning more than 29,550 sq ft, expandable work bays and a maximised service capacity of up to 1,500 cars a month. Scheduled service maintenance and major repairs are carried out by trained technicians equipped with complete and approved special tools from Mercedes-Benz.
Other service differentiation offerings range from Express Service 2.0, pick-up and delivery, drop-and-go service booking, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating and glass tinting, along with insurance and warranty claims.
