Cartier has announced that its newest brand ambassador for North America is none other than actor Austin Butler. Known for his roles in TV series such as Switched at Birth and fantasy drama The Shannara Chronicles, Butler’s 15-year career includes films such as Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and fans will soon see Butler as the king of rock and roll in the Baz Luhrmann-directed movie, Elvis.
“I am thrilled and honoured to begin this exciting relationship with Cartier,” said Butler. “I have long been an admirer of the maison’s creativity and innovation, and I’m very much looking forward to the work we will be doing together.”

Chic and casually cool, Butler is a great ambassador for Cartier’s creations. He was already donning the brand at the Elvis premiere during the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival.
The movie will debut in theatres on June 24. In the official photos announcing his partnership with Cartier, Butler is wearing the large, steel and leather Tank Must de Cartier watch, as well as the Cartier Juste un Clou bracelet and Cartier Love ring, both in 18-carat white gold.
